Capital Development Authority (CDA) introduced Complaint Management System

ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority (CDA) and Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI) has introduced a complaint management system to improve their services. A Chief Complaint Officer has been assigned who will monitor all the complaints files against CDA and MCI.
An official notification has been issued by CDA Member Administration Muhammad Yasir Peerzada in this regard. Now onwards, all departments of the CDA and MCI has to address the complaints filed by the public within three working days. The chief complainant officer has also been instructed to submit a detailed report every month about the registered complaints and how they have been addressed.
